Sales increase through the recommendation systems

The company had the best years from the point of view of dynamic sales growth in the area of new subscriptions in the first decade of the current century. The market has been developing for many years, customers bought their first phones and new services. Currently, the saturation of the market practically does not allow such an easy generation of sales and the company should look for the new sources, which often lie in the additional sale of products and services among current customers.
The implemented recommendation system was based on an advanced analytical engine. Its role was to learn about customer behaviour and then to generate offers and activities based on many sources of information. As part of the project, it was possible to implement:
- the use of modern technological components
- the use of real-time and Big Data components
- it was confirmed by the sales department as an effective predictive model
- transfer of recommendations into business results and increase the number of offers
