Sales analysis
A pharmaceutical company, a Polish branch of a global company with a portfolio of brands recognised all over the world. In Poland, the company sells its products through an extensive sales network divided into regions managed by Regional Sales Managers.
Monitoring and proper sales planning is a very important element of the work of both the Head Office and the network of regional sales representatives. The previous lack of a central IT tool has replaced the excel files, which, however, caused a lot of problems - data quality, sharing, up-to-date information, these are just some of examples.
BitPeak consultants have built a Business Intelligence platform on which they have provided a set of dozens of reports for different target recipients.
As part of the project we realised:
- Excel files were replacement by a central reporting environment
- integration of several data sources from, among others, distributors to create comparisons
- Cockpits for senior management with information about key sales indicators
- Sales forces equipment with mobile devices and a delivery of a reports set to track sales plan implementation
